In addition, Kuncai extensively supports initiatives against child labor. Kuncai is an active member of the Responsible Mica Initiative (RMI) (www.responsible-mica-initiative.com), an industry-wide initiative of producers and key users of mica-based products who have joined forces to eradicate child labor within the next five years and create acceptable working conditions in India. RMI will continue to work with governments, businesses and civil society organizations to implement responsible working conditions and eliminate child labor by the end of 2022.
